館内の雰囲気はとても落ち着いた感じでした。また、スタッフの方々は、とても礼儀正しく親切でした。本館の大浴場は清潔で湯船も最適に保たれていましたが、別館の浴場は午後9時頃に行ったせいか、浴槽の温度がぬるかったので、本館の大浴場に入り直しました。別館の浴槽の温度だけが残念でした。

スタッフ対応がとても良かった。別邸宿泊者のみの奏の湯は人が少なくゆっくり入れてとてもとても良かったです。部屋にマッサージチェアーがあり良かった。お庭が広く素晴らしかった。 80歳代の父母憧れの百万石に泊まれて大満足でまた行きたいと話してました。

性價比高的飯店

飯店空間非常大，大廳裝潢相當闊氣，8樓房間有大片窗戶，窗外視野開闊，景色宜人。飯店有相當多針對兒童的遊樂活動跟小設施，適合帶小孩度假。夏日晚間的表演活動很精彩，不要錯過

受付スタッフの方をはじめ、各担当スタッフの方々の笑顔がとても素敵でした。また、大きな旅館なのに清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごすことが出来ました。妻と妻の義祖母との3人旅行でしたが満足度高いです。タイミングも良くビンゴ大会などの催し物もあり、景品に野菜ジュースを頂きました！今度は妻の母も一緒にこちらを利用させて頂こうと思います。ありがとうございました！

こんなにゆっくりできるなんて…

とても落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり癒されることができました。コロナ禍ということもあって、廊下で他の宿泊者さんと出会うことも少なく、温泉も少人数でゆったり入ることができて、とても快適に過ごせました。家族全員たいへん満足しています！

温泉も広々としていて、泉質もすごくよかったです。露天風呂からお月さまを眺められました。客室も広く清潔です。パソコン、プリンターも無料で使えるので二日目の予定をたてるのに役立ちました

ゆったり出来ました。

ホテルが広くてゆったりしているので静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。白い足袋が結構汚れたのは洗面所の床の黒っぽい材質のせいなのでしょうか？下駄は軽くて履き易かったのですが、息子は足が大きいので痛くて困ったそうです。LLサイズも有ると助かります。部屋のテレビは4Kで良かったです。 1階の大浴場も3階の大浴場も広くて気持ちが良かったです

忘れ物の神対応

懐かしいという所から宿泊しました。綺麗にリニューアルされていました。うっかり洋服を忘れて出発して、次に宿泊先で気づき、慌てて電話しました。クローゼットでもなく、もしかしたら浴衣を丸めて箱に入れたので、その中にあるかもとホテル方に伝えると、承知しました！探します！とおっしゃって頂き、見つけてくださいました。本当に嬉しかったですし、大勢のお客様の浴衣の中から探していただいた苦労に感謝しかありません。次回も是非、宿泊させて頂きたいです。

残念です…

施設は問題なし。GW中の繁忙期で明らかな人手不足と仕組みの不十分さからか食事時の案内と内容に関しては折角の旅行を不快な気持ちにさせる事になりました。敢えて再訪する気持ちにはなれないです。経営者側がもう少し仕組みや従業員の教育をしっかりしてあげないと働いている方も定着せず悪循環になりかねません。

金庫の中にホコリが積もってベタついていたのにはビックリしましたが、スタッフの方全員感じ良く、お客様に快適に過ごしてもらおうという姿勢を感じ、また利用したいと思いました。ショーも楽しかったです。
