台風の影響で船が欠航となり、急遽、市内に宿泊が必要になった80歳近い父のために予約をしました。市内のホテルが次々に満室になる中で焦って予約したため、後から部屋にお風呂がないことに気付きましたが、お電話で事情をお伝えしたところ、快く部屋の変更に応じてくださいました。夜間だったため、すでに管理人の方はご不在だったようですが、「高齢の父が一人で宿泊する」旨をお伝えしたところ、わざわざ戻ってきてくださり、スムーズに入室できるようご配慮いただきました。おかげさまで、父も安心して過ごせたようです。今回はホテルのご厚意により柔軟にご対応いただいたものと思います。すべてのケースで同様の対応があるとは限らないかと思いますが、このたびは本当に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

朝に風呂のではお湯が出なかった。近くの風呂屋を利用、トイレのウォシュレットの水の勢い弱い…、トイレ、バス停のしごくひょうが古い!

また利用します

全館禁煙だったのでタバコの匂いもなく快適でした。寝具も清潔で、温泉チケットも活用させていただきました。お風呂セットも準備して頂き感謝しています。隣？がコンビニで便利でした。一階にコーヒーなど準備してあって、美味しかったです。次回はフリースペースなども使わせて貰おうと思います。また行きます。

운영자와의 소통부채

무인 숙박시스템이라 모든 게 불편했습니다 운영자와의 직통전화 1대도 없이 소통이 불가했구요 입구에 비치된 전날 고장난 커피머신이 다음날도 그대로 방치중이였고 숙소내부에 샤워시설도 없이 이웃 대중탕으로 가라는 입장권만 4장 놓여있었는데 걸어서 10여분이나 걸리는 대중탕이였습니다
