歩いて天文館付近のご飯屋さんに行きやすく 立地よしです。また、ホテル自体もとても新しめで綺麗、スタッフもとても優しく居心地良かったです。 朝食はメニューは少なめでしたが、美味しかったです。いつも朝食ビュッフェでは納豆を食べるのですが、こちらのビュッフェには、納豆は無かったです。九州はあまり納豆は食べないのかな？？ 部屋もトイレとお風呂が別なところもとても良かったです。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

場所や利用時間等の口頭案内などが一切なく、不親切な印象を受けました。（部屋の〇〇を見て下さいなどもない） 食堂で席取り札の下に置いたルームキーの盗難に遭いました。 日本とはいえ、外国の方も多く利用されている状況でかなり不注意だったと反省しています。 食堂の方は辺りを一緒に探して下さり、フロントで直ぐにカードキーを再発行して頂きました。迅速に対応頂き感謝しています。 ただ、居室にもし誰かが居るかもと思うと本当に恐怖だったので、我儘かも知れませんがフロントにいた2人の内1人でも部屋まで同行して頂きたかったです､､､ 万が一のために食堂に監視カメラをつける事もおススメします､､､。 食堂から見える桜島から朝日が昇ってくる景色はとても綺麗でした。

自動受付サービスでチェックイン・アウトもスムーズ。 女性の大浴場には、入り口で暗証番号を入力して入室できるなど、安心して利用できた。 2階のフロントには、無料のドリンクサービスがあり、コーヒーも部屋に持ち帰れてよかった。 フロントスタッフの方もてきぱきとされており、対応がよかった。 お部屋はシングルルームを利用。 洗面所もコンパクトで綺麗でシャワーのみではあったが、清潔感があった。 大浴場も同様に炭酸泉が心地よく脱衣所も綺麗でよかった。 朝食は13階になっており、見晴らしもよく桜島も少し景観もよい。 和洋さまざまな料理と地元の食材を利用したメニューもあり鹿児島を味わえたのもよかった。 また鹿児島へ来た際に家族でも利用してみたいと思った
