Other than a great clean hotel with the friendliest most helpful staff, the view of the Sakurajima volcano from the lobby was unreal.

Great location, but I would not stay here again

Great location, nice facility. Three things which diminished my enjoyment: when I thought I lost my hotel plastic card key, they were going to charge me 1000 yen to replace it (cost is around 100 yen); when I asked for a noon checkout they informed me that would cost an extra 2200 yen. And when I returned to my room each evening it was uncomfortably warn, they turned off the aircon while I was out, took an hour or so to restore to my desired temp. I would not stay at this hotel again.
