Welcome to the Aloha Surf Condo at Kuilima Estates East, located within the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort on Oʻahu’s North Shore. Our family uses the space ourselves, so we’ve furnished it with higher-end pieces and thoughtful details that make every stay feel personal, comfortable, and cared for.

Wake up to palm trees and golf course views, then walk or ride two RadRunner Premium E-Bikes to iconic surf breaks, beaches, resort restaurants, the pool bar, and Turtle Bay’s scenic trails.

The space

The Aloha Surf Condo offers a luxurious yet relaxed stay with a King bed, full-size sofa bed, pack ’n play, split A/C, fast Wi-Fi, free in-unit laundry, and free parking. The bedroom includes warm lighting, a King Casper memory foam mattress, Bed Threads linen sheets, and a 55-inch TV overlooking the landscaped path toward the golf course. Step outside to your private deck with an outdoor sectional and dining area surrounded by tropical greenery, with the heated condo pool just a short stroll from the unit.

The kitchen features custom hand-built cabinetry, filtered water, an ice maker, Fellow Precision Coffee Maker, Bodum French press, blender, and Our Place cookware and dishware. The space showcases millwork by The Albizia Project, crafted from invasive wood to support Hawaiian ecosystem restoration. For beach days, we provide Slowtide towels, chairs, an umbrella, surfboards, and everything you need for a perfect North Shore day.

The Aloha Surf Condo is professionally managed by Outlive Homes and meticulously maintained with all-natural cleaning products.

Free: biking trails, hiking trails, beach access, Kawela Bay, tide pools, King’s Walk, and Keiki Cove.
Paid: surf/SUP lessons, horseback riding, canoe tours, night snorkeling, bird watching, stargazing, fishing, sailing, kayaking, shark tours, and golf.

Cultural, Wellness, and Family Activities:
Paid options may include the gym, sauna, spa, massage, wellness classes, cultural bike tours, lūʻau, hula, ukulele, lei-making lessons, pony rides, horsemanship, t-bay pool, and professional photos.
