Lovely property in beautiful location between beach and mountains. Easy drive into the town. Kevin, our host, provided delicious cooked breakfasts and was very entertaining with a great sense of humour. Our room and bathroom were spacious and had a lovely sitting area outside. We loved Kevin’s dogs and pigs.

Very nice B&B near Kiakoura

Very comfortable stay. Very genial hosts. Excellent breakfast of fruit, yoghurt and pancakes/crepes followed by a cooked breakfast and toast. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with a large shared seating area immediately outside. There is also a large shared lounge (where breakfast is served) to sit and enjoy tea, coffee, etc. It's possible to interact with the owner's lovely dog and the kunekune pigs. The property is a short drive outside Kiakoura - very easy to get to the whale watching trip

Great BnB

Great host and his dog, great views and walkable trails nearby. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of nice space to hang out in. The host was also knowledgeable of things to do in the area and kind. If you're looking for a classic BnB experience, this is it!

Fantastic stay

Really enjoyed our couple of nights here. Great facilities, comfy room, amazing breakfast and great company! We also loved meeting the animals. Short ride out of town to a very peaceful spot. Easy to find with lots of room for parking. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

What a gem of a find. Very clean and amazingly comfortable beds. Breakfast was second to none. Very friendly host. We only stayed for a night as travelling through but would have an extra night or two if we'd known how nice a stay this would be. Thank you

We had a fabulous stay. The hosts are amazing accommodating people. The breakfast is next level. We also enjoyed a walk around the property to see the alpaca, pigs and baby lambs

Awesome property to relax. Facilities were great. Just comfort of the bed the only thing causing overall rating to drop. Bed probably fine for one person but not great for two as it ended up on a lean and base was a bit wobbly.

This is a beautiful property, less than 10 minutes from the center of Kaikoura. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing, with coffee, tea and snacks always available. The owners (Kevin and Ann) are gracious and very friendly. All in all, it's perfect!

This is an exceptional B and B. Amazing hosts, beautiful outlook of the sea and Kaikoura ranges, fabulous rooms and a breakfast that was beyond anything you can imagine. I loved the very well stoked tea and coffee station and the use of the fridge/freezer. It was hard to leave this amazing property along with all it's wonderful farmyard friends.

Appreciated the personal touches

Really lovely stay, appreciated that the owner personally took us round the farm, so my six month old son could meet the pigs, alpaca's, geese, cows and other livestock, had a lively puppy as well. Breakfast was terrific and the owner was always friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and we would stay there again.
