The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, the room was not soundproof and we could hear the neighbours snoring through the walls. The shower went cold after a couple of minutes, and the room could have benefited from air conditioning.

Lovely stay here, a good walk (25 mins) into town along the beach walk each morning for morning coffee was a highlight. Clean property with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. A pool table free to use. Quiet at night even though on the main road into Kaikoura. We will happily stay here again. Thank you Fiona and team.
