We had a warm, comfortable and clean room with lovely decor. We also had a great view of the mountains, pool and the beach. Sadly the Restaurant and bar service was disappointing and food was average. Some helpful & attentive staff at reception.

Beautiful beds and venue. Great service. My only complaint would be the noise travel between rooms... maybe because there were young kids making rucous in the early morning (6.30am) and the constant humming of the air conditioning was a bit of a downer.

Beautiful Hotel but

Hard to find the enterance to the carpark in the dark and very limited onsite parking. Beautiful spacious rooms and bathrooms. Odd that no normal coffee is provided (only decaf coffee provided). The provided liquid soap and moisturiser is beautiful to look at BUT the extremely strong smell of it is very off putting - a very male aftershave kind of smell which was nauseating - I appreciate you are trying to provide a high quality product but you need to bear in mind the smell of it to the general public just not men.
