Central AC and one split AC unit ensure comfort throughout the year. At the entrance to the property is the newly built spacious cottage, complete with a private lanai and outdoor shower.

Sorry no parties or events at this property and absolutely no smoking or vaping in the property. Please keep all sand at the beach and not in the house.
