A large "bonus" room is set up with additional King bed and access to a newly installed private outdoor bathroom. The home has undergone a fresh renovation of kitchen, baths, floors, windows/doors, window coverings, split AC, artwork, furnishings and linens, and is an ideal, comfortable rental for up to 8 guests.
