Very good location. We don't have the cars, so it's a perfect place to walk into town to restaurant and food. The beachfront next to the units, perfect location. The property a little bit old, half of the stove. It's not working, but it's not a big deal we mad it work. The property manager is very helpful.

Perfect location and stay for us. The extras you can’t get in a hotel, like sand toys, cooler, condiments, etc along with the full kitchen made it so much better. The next door proximity to the sand beach was great for snorkeling and the kid, and the walking distance to the downtown part saved on parking. There was road noise, but we were aware of it ahead of time and it wasn’t a big deal to us. I’d definitely stay here again.

Over all, my mom and I enjoyed our stay here. We agreed the place could have been a bit cleaner in the kitchen area and the floors/rugs could use washing. But sheets and bathroom were clean. Morning sun on the deck while way home g the ocean is how everyday began. A close walk into town for coffee, açaí and dinner was great! Evening sunsets from the pool were enjoyed as well.

Excellent communication and hospitality from the property management. They made everything very clear so I didn't have to ask any questions. The property is in a great location and easily walkable to downtown Kona with its abundance of restaurants and shops, and of course right on the water, which is gorgeous. This is the best condo they gave us coffee &macadamia nuts little treats ! everything was clean, they also had extra toy, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and everything you need ! very clean and very very nice time ! we will come there again!!! Loved it!!
