Wonderful condo in a great location! Very clean, only a couple of miles from town, very close to Magic Sands Beach and incredible views right on the beach! Furnishings are updated and light, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in various condos at the Kona Bali Kai yearly (almost) for the past 12 years. This was, by far, the most well stocked condo we have stayed in. We were very impressed, as well, with the condition of the furniture, the renovation, and the condo as a whole. When there was an issue with the lanai fan, Holly was quick to respond to our email and had it replaced promptly. Snorkel and beach equipment was provided and it was all in good condition. All of our interactions with Holly were exceedingly pleasant and we would definitely stay here again!

Holly was flexible and quick to respond to all of our questions. The view of the ocean and sound of the surf from this unit was spectacular. The unit was really clean, and probably the best stocked rental we have ever had. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals for your stay and there was lots of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent and beach items.

Amazing spot on the Island

This condo has everything you need plus it's in the perfect location. The condo is not too close to the main tourist area which was exactly what we were looking for, but close enough for a quick drive to find great restaurants. There is a good snorkeling beach and a sandy beach close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

From the moment you walk in you can see the property is cared for. It has all you will ever want or need. It is the perfect place to stay. The view is astonishing gorgeous and to have breakfast by the ocean was a nice treat. What I appreciated the most is that the place looks even better in person than on the pictures. The view from the balcony was perfect! We loved to sit outside and watch the surfers. The location is great - easy to get to all of the places we visited. The unit itself was very clean with ample space, laundry facilities and full kitchen. Holly was always available for quick communications and regularly checked it to see if we needed anything. This is the 4th time we have stayed at a property that Holly hosts - and as usual, it did not disappoint! The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked, and it was so nice to have all the equipment needed for a nice day at the beach. The home was so clean and nicely decorated. And I love, love, love having the washer and dryer in the unit! We spent a lot of time watching the surfers just outside of our lanai - such wonderful built-in entertainment! My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the waves just outside. Holly was again absolutely wonderful to work with - so responsive and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful oceanfront condo!

We loved watching the surfers each morning and evening from the spacious lanai. One afternoon we watched a whale do more than 40 tail slaps! The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bed was comfy. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends as well. Holly was very welcoming and helpful,
