The kitchen and dining area are located on the main level, while the 2nd floor includes a bar area ideal for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home frame uninterrupted ocean views, filling the space with natural light.

The property has been newly renovated and includes a pool and jacuzzi.

This open-air Kailua-Kona home is a private tropical paradise, with a fenced yard, outdoor pool, and stunning views of the nearby Kona Coast framed by sprawling windows. Grab local produce at the Kona Farmer’s Market, snorkel and surf at Kaelaepa’Akai Beach just over a mile away, or go out for local eats at Big Island Grill. Spend the evening on the lanai enjoying the island breeze and watching the Hawaiian sunset.

Geckos—long thought to be a smaller incarnation of the great lizard Mo’o—are considered to be ‘aumakuas: deified, ancestral spirits that are often manifested as animals. But aside of this, they are of great help in the regular home as they are harmless and will help with the not so friendly bugs you might find around while trying to just live your life.
