Very comfortable location at just the right altitude and conveniently located near everything you need. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and our home is always clean when you arrive with guaranteed fresh linens on every bed and spotless towels in the bathroom.
Enjoy Kona's world-famous sunsets and two private balconies at this tropical retreat.
Modern home features a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms/2 baths (one doubles as an office with a twin bed for extra sleeping), covered parking and shared laundry. No a/c but the rooms get mountain and ocean breezes along with ceiling fans for your comfort.

The space
Three bedroom (one with a workstation) 2 full bathroom layout can accommodate couples or a family with plenty of room. All mattresses are memory foam, two Queen and one Twin for your comfort. An additional Twin size blowup mattress with memory foam for a sixth person can be placed in any room.

Please note that the house has an attached "ohana" or mother in law unit with a separate entrance where a long term renter lives. However, the layout ensures maximum privacy. The upstairs with two private lanais is all yours.

Guests can use the whole upstairs, the two lanais and shared laundry room.

Other things to note
There is one covered parking spot for guests and plenty of paved parking for an extra car.

Park in the available carport parking and you can enter on the left or right stairs which ever is more convenient. More instructions will be provided a few days before your arrival.

felt like home

Nice property with everything you need for a nice hawaii vacation. appreciated the stocked kitchen - and updated baths. Our only suggestion would be to invest in adding a dishwasher. We only stayed 3 nights and just had one big dinner - but if we were doing a lot of cooking then we would have missed that. Also, no A/C but there is a nice island breeze at night and everyone slept soundly - even with our bird neighbors chirping early in the morning. It sounds like you are sleeping in a jungle - but we loved it. Also, was great to have beach chairs and beach toys. Nice and safe neighborhood - about 10 min drive to coast - house has a beautiful view of the pacific from front deck and rooms. This place would be perfect for a family staying a while.
