Very good location, walking Distance to public beaches in Kona. Ocean view from the balcony is not exaggerating, we were lucky seeing whales while having breakfast. The room is rather clean and well maintained. The owner provided meticulous instructions which makes the checking process smooth. I would highly recommend this rental unit for couples travel.
