As you step into the studio apartment, you'll be greeted by an inviting open layout that maximizes both space and natural light. This ground floor studio unit is the perfect home base to explore the Big Island. It has been fully renovated with modern touches. Unit has a full fridge w/ice maker, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher, TV, Wifi, A/C and beach gear! Complex has bbq, pool, and a hot tub to enjoy!

With one queen bed and a futon couch this unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. There is a fresh water pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tables and chairs, all for you to use. The grounds are covered with lush tropical landscape and beautiful flowers. The architecture is reminiscent of an old plantation. The glow from the tiki torches at sunset will most certainly bring the aloha spirit. Welcome to Hawaii!

Guests will have access to the complex pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic area. Onsite parking is free and available on a first come first serve basis. Please pick up a parking pass at the front desk in the main lobby. There is also parking available at the street and across the street. Car is recommended to explore other areas of the island, but not necessary if you want to stay close to town. Parking is limited and not guaranteed.

Relaxing vibe, great location

Great location, walking distance to many shops and a variety of restaurants. Lovely, quiet pool and hot tub, very comfortable accommodations, very clean, well appointed kitchen and studio.

Outstanding Stay! I do want to mention that if you arrive later in the afternoon or night, there will probably be no parking spots and to be prepared to go to a pay lot..... Another minor situation is that it takes the shower water a couple minutes to get warm. However - I would stay there again!

Prefect location

Quick 15 min Uber ride from airport. Checkin was easy. Walk to beach, pier, shopping, restaurants, luau, convenience store. Pro tip: Have snacks/bottle water/fresh foods delivered or grocery store is a doable walk, but a hike.

Great condo in great location, walk to all the local eating and drinking spots. Especially loved all the beach equipment in the closet, which we didn’t expect but added greatly to our daily beach visits(snorkels, boogie board, beach and regular umbrellas, insulated back pack cooler, etc).

Perfect location

The location was excellent. The condo was somewhat updated but it needed a few cosmetic updates. Unfortunately it smelled of mold which might be due to being by the beach. Parking is not easy. There is no late check out unless you pay for it dearly. We left the condo early came back a couple minutes before our check out time and the cleaning person was already in the condo, so should work both ways. Condo does come completely stocked with towels, erc etc plenty of things for the beach and pool.
