Central location in downtown Kona that’s very convenient. Condo is perfectly situated in the courtyard for privacy and quiet. Nicely updated interior. The lobby is traditional old Hawaiian style, open area, wood plank floors with wooden pegs (don’t see that too often). This place is a solid value.

The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car.

Super cute studio! It’s a few minute walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. It was very clean and had a pool view. Not on the beach, but it’s very close. I would recommend without hesitation.
