Misleading listing on VRBO

Shocked would be my overall impression. Listed with air conditioning but at a daily cost, $35.00 +. There are 52 steps to loft from parking lot. Listed as a second main floor with loft. The foyer is the second floor full set of stairs from foyer/entry door to main level then a full set of stairs to loft that has no gripable handrail. Was asked on third day if I would allow an open house for potential buyers. Great location with great views from each oh the 3 lanis Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. Beds are queen with king size sheets and could not find a second set. Dryer sounds like a jet engine. Won't rent this unit again.

Honesty counts

Listing was a lie from the start, it simply stated many "Amenities" along with location and price, However a few days later a review was left by previous visitors... The A/C cost extra? along with a few other perceived issues. I send an inquiry about a couple items.. No reply was made. At check-in I asked... yet A/C was definitly not an "amenity" but an "extra" Also the cleanup fee was more than the printed "maximum" and no one was willing to explain why. Both VRBO and the 3rd party rentors seem to care much about their "customer" once the credit card is given, Sign me, Smarter and wiser.. READ THE FINE PRINT, But dont rely on it as fact.

Out Dated Unit

Location is amazing. But unit needs updated horrible. Both beds are super uncomfortable. Floating floor throughout has issues. Dryer is so loud, it can't be used while in the unit. VRBO didn't explain that AC was an additional $30 plus tax per day. And then the AC only cools off the living room. Bedrooms are ridiculously hot 24/7 even with AC at 65 degrees. No communication as to the check out process. Had to rekey our gate key 5 times before we could reenter grounds without security help. Sliding door for master suit won't close all the way. Refrigerator was partially open when we arrived. So condensation was all over the place. Will not stay here again. Nor we will use this property management again.
