Stayed in 2303. Great view of Ocean and beautiful apartment. Pool and hot tub good. Not a bad drive back to Kona for activities and quiet at apartment. Swam at Kahalu’u both days which is fantastic to see fish and turtles

Condo we got had a poor beds fans stays on only when the light is on and ac didn’t get cold stayed at 80 degrees sleeping at night was terrible we only had the fan with the lights on for air movement. Needs to be updated for sure. Looks nothing like the pictures.

The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.

This property was beautifully landscaped and wonderfully appointed. They included beach chairs, snorkel equipment, water shoes, tennis equipment, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. It was great! The only thing I could have asked was for six beach towels instead of four, as we had six in our family. But it wasn't a huge deal. The kitchen was well-appointed, too. And the view was stunning. The balcony was huge. The vaulted ceilings were lovely. We really felt like island royalty! Definitely would love to return.

We are a family of 6 and this place was great! The various pools were awesome. The kids found monopoly in the closet and played every night. The bed in the master bedroom had a super hard mattress, but some people love that.

We’ve stayed here many times and love it. This was the first time the room wasn’t ready at check in and we had to wait two hours for it to be cleaned. A big bummer after a 6 hour flight but staff was very gracious and gave us complimentary ac for our troubles. Wish I could say the room was clean after waiting but kitchen and bathrooms were not clean so I spent the first hour cleaning them with minimal supplies. Will still return again, just made me sad to see the decline in cleanliness and care of the condo we were in.

Wonderful ocean front location. Gated security. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the day’s adventures. Just note the fees stated that will be paid onsite. Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit.

Property itself was beautiful, however the unit was out dated, cabinet doors felt like they were about to fall off. Unit had a musty smell, floors creaked and patio floors felt slimy. I would have liked a better up to date unit.

We stayed in the building close to the Check-In office and the main pool, it was easy to get in and unpacked with little to do running around, with Keauhou Shopping center right up the road you really didn’t need to drive into town to get the simple stuff. The property is amazing and a sense of privacy with midnight security always on duty and welcoming. I Would definitely stay here again

We had ocean front unit, modern furnishings, amazing views! Only one minor inconvenience they did not let us use an air conditioner . We did request it during reservation and were willing to pay for it. Otherwise we had the most memorable stay!

I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious.
