We just returned after two weeks at this incredible resort. I would highly recommend!! The resort is beautiful - flowers, trees, gardens everywhere. There was even a lime tree It is very well taken care of. Our one bedroom was huge with a beautiful large deck, large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. Parking is free which was a huge bonus and you have your own spot so you are not struggling to find one.

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom unit that had a full dining table, comfortable king bed, a fully appointed kitchen, and a large patio. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the large pool. The WiFi wasn’t the best and there’s only one very small beach in the vicinity (but Kona has a rocky shore everywhere), but if you’re looking for a comfortable resort to relax at, this one fits the bill. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed, it was noisy. We had to be moved once due to loud construction. In our new room, the grounds crew were so loud we could not enjoy a meal out on our lanai.

I thought i booked a hotel, but this is a massive timeshare place- complete with the high pressure sales pitch. The pool was tiny given the massive amount of rooms and the beach is a drive away. Air conditioning costs extra and there's a lot of walking to get to the front desk or even your car.
