The resort was a good value for the price. The condo was clean and comfortable and it was just a short drive from most dining and activities in Kona. While the staff we interacted with were individually friendly, the pressure to attend the time-share presentation was off-putting. Additionally, the incentive for attending was discounts on booked activities which were not worth as much as advertised when we compared them with booking directly with vendors. Overall, great accommodation, but the “sales” aspect cast a shadow on the experience.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The grounds on the property were in immaculate condition. Even the barbecue grills were cleaned and shined by the staff every morning. The rooms are so nice with plenty of space to relax. It was so convenient having a full kitchen and dining area. There is a grocery store, restaurants, shops, and gas station within a quarter mile. Fabulous property! Will definitely stay here again!

The place and the property far exceeded our but we weren’t aware it was a timeshare site and almost got roped into attending a timeshare pitch. I would have preferred not to have experienced that part, they granted a late checkout and were very attentive when we called. We would stay again.
