This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features sweeping ocean and sunset views, a private game room, BBQ, laundry, and two jacuzzis. The downstairs suite offers its own entrance, kitchenette, and private spa — ideal as a separate casita-style space. At 1,500 ft elevation, enjoy cool breezes and open-air island living.

This home is designed with space and flexibility in mind, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and multiple areas to relax and unwind together or separately.

The downstairs suite functions like its own private space, complete with a separate entrance, kitchenette, and private jacuzzi — perfect for guests who want a bit more privacy within the group.

The downstairs game room is fully private to your group and includes ping pong, darts, hammocks, and a large TV, creating a fun and relaxed hangout space.

The property sits at about 1,500 ft elevation, where cooler temperatures and steady island breezes make for a naturally comfortable stay. The open-air design enhances the indoor/outdoor living experience and connects you to the surrounding landscape.

You’ll also enjoy private laundry, a BBQ for outdoor meals, and two separate jacuzzis — ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Kona.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds (one in each bedroom) and 2 sleeper chairs located in the living areas. The sleeper chairs can be set up as additional twin-style beds — we provide linens and memory foam toppers to make them comfortable. If you plan to use them, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll have everything ready.

This is a thoughtfully designed home that blends modern finishes with island character. It’s elegant and comfortable, but not a cookie-cutter space — small quirks and details add to its unique charm and personality.

Guests will have private access to both the upstairs and downstairs spaces, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities shown in the listing.

The downstairs suite has its own separate entrance, along with a kitchenette and private jacuzzi, offering additional privacy within your group.

You’ll also have exclusive access to the downstairs game room, laundry area, BBQ, and both jacuzzis during your stay.

Parking is available on site, and you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival for easy access.

A Perfect Stay in Paradise

I had such a wonderful experience at this property! The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and tucked away in the hills, offering quiet mornings and amazing views—yet still close enough to town and beaches when I wanted to explore.The host was kind, communicative, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel welcoming. It was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge after long days adventuring around the island.I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed stay on the Big Island!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this property. The house was clean and spacious, and we especially loved the great view of the sunsets from the large living area. The kitchen was a highlight, well-stocked with plenty of utensils, bowls, and cups, which made cooking a breeze. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the large TV was perfect for our entertainment needs. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear that were available for use. The house stayed cool and comfortable, and we only needed to use the AC sporadically.We did note a few areas that could be improved to make the stay even better. The drainage in the master bedroom shower and sink was a bit slow. Some labels on the light switches would be very helpful, as the current lighting choices were a bit interesting. Additionally, a better quality of trash bags for the kitchen would be beneficial.A few other things to note for future guests: the neighborhood can get quite loud on weekdays and nights, so you might need to turn up the TV volume significantly to hear it.Overall, it was a great stay, and we would recommend the property.
