Experience Kailua-Kona like a local in this renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo 50 yards from the ocean.The space features king, queen, and one full bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests will enjoy- new kitchen, two remodeled bathrooms (modern showers), new tile flooring throughout, lanai with a table, on site laundry, making your stay in Hawaii memorable , enjoyable and comfortable. The condo stays cool with air conditioning, creating a welcoming retreat after a day of exploring the beaches and island with a spectaclar view of Kona Country golf course. Condo is very bright and spacious all over. This gorgeous condo invites you to relax and unwind at your pace. Our place is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Accommodations allow five people to sleep comfortably in the master King-sized bed (with full en-suite bathroom), and both a Queen & full-size bed in the second bedroom. The unit has free 500 Mbs high-speed internet and the living room features modern flat screen TVs ​with cable. Additionally, the unit offers the use of boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, tennis rackets, and snorkel gear.

Property amenities include three lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, newly remodeled pool, ping pong, sandy volley ball, BBQ, and soft drink machines. Property ​is adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course. And if you are looking for more, one of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites including Hawaii version of Gettysburg site where HI history was decided (3 miles away south). These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago.

As you walk to the other side of the complex, you will find a black sand beach directly adjacent to the property where you will find turtles and tide pools with lots of tropical fish. ! A ten minute walk gets you to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing; and a short drive finds you at Magic Sands Beach for playing in the sand and waves. Also 2 miles away are manta rays for your enjoyment to view/snorkle at night time, or specatular sunset dinner at Kona Country golf course restaurant. Famous KTA supermarket is right up the road from us, close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center is there as well and boasts a theater, Longs Drugs, numerous restaurants, other shops, and a Post Office.

THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. This is a non-smoking condo.

We have a keyless entry system using a digital access code. You won’t have to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. This also makes it easier for check in and check out.

Ron is a great communicator. When we had a question or need he was prompt with his reply. The vrbo was comfortable and had what we needed. The location was very convenient. Close enough to Kona but not right in the middle so we didn’t have trouble getting around. The beach that was part of the complex is nice, perfect tide pools, quiet and private. I would recommend that Ron maybe get ice trays that housekeeping can fill as on arrival nothing cold to drink and maybe a water purifier. The washing machine broke, but again not Robs fault, I believe the people before us probably put in clothes or towels with a lot of sand. I would definitely recommend this vrbo

This was a wonderful condo, lots of open space and plenty of room. Located on the second floor was easy to get up with our luggage. The pool and tennis courts are just a short walk away. We had a beautiful view of the golf course as we enjoyed our morning coffee. The condo has everything you need for a day trip to the beach, extra towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sports equipment and much more. The kitchen was also fully equipped with every utensil that was needed. Even extras I wouldn’t think of. The only downfall was we would hear the people above us walking around, nothing that effected our stay though. We would come back and book this condo again.

Just spent a week with my sister and mother in this well-appointed condo. It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed to cook and entertain ourselves.The responsive hosts provide a supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes and snorkel gear. The condo complex was also amazing. We swam in the pool, walked down to the beach, barbecued in the communal areas, and played tennis and pickleball. The community of snowbirds and full-time residents was so friendly and welcoming, we jumped into the communal games each morning and some evenings. One guidebook we read said the sunset from the property was the best in Kona. We agree and we didn't want to leave. Don't hesitate to book this place.
