Gorgeous ocean views from Master bedroom, family room, loft/BR3 and patio. Fully-furnished mordern condo with all the amenities, in the Alii Cove gated community and only one block from downtown Kona. Community has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, as well as a small workout facility and BBQ area.

6-8 month lease preferred during winter months, ideally with someone up north wanting a warm place in the winter months, and me being from Arizona, I’m looking to spend summer months here. Perfect for families, retirees and those wanting an amazing place to remote work. Work 5am-12pm and enjoy the rest of day lounging by the pool, hiking amazing trails, swimming, biking or running the ironman course, with great restaurants and entertainment just a block away.
