Unit was close to all amenities in town and easily walkable to restaurants and the ocean (parking is an issue in Kona). Views from the 6th floor were awesome. Had an issue with the coffee maker and they were very quick to remedy the issue. Concrete building so never heard any neighbors. Traffic from Kuakini highway loud at times but tolerable with the windows closed.

Great location and free parking is especially great with recent changes to downtown parking (all paid parking). Gorgeous sunsets, terrific ocean breeze by day and mountain breeze at night. Well stocked for dining at home or storing and reheating leftovers. I would do this one again

Well appointed, clean and nice view of the ocean. Convenient location. Slight problem getting into the unit, but property management company and owner were very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful sunsets in Kona

Perfect location-close to the airport, grocery shopping, and walking distance to downtown Kona. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was very comfortable. The 10 digit entrance access code rarely opened on the first try, frequently took several attempts.

Convenient condo with a water view

I arrived at around 9pm. After a bit of hassle to get in elevator (*see below) and a bit of a cranky door lock, I got into the condo and started to settle in. The kitchen was well appointed with keurig (byo pods) and all basic utensils. Walls are freshly painted, and the art work was nice. Ceiling fans are installed in the rooms which helps circulate cool air from windows or AC. The view in the daytime was of the water and visiting cruise ships. Shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. * I had read my reminder texts and was prepared, code in hand, to get in my condo. However, the texts hadn't prepared me first to look for key lockboxes, use a code, and retrieve the key for the elevator, before I could even get to the 6th floor condo. Hindsight and all, I found the elevator instructions on the VRBO webpage. However, I was able to reach Vacasa and in 20 minutes, was up in my condo.

Good location

The condo was clean and in a good location.The furniture was very uncomfortable with the exception of the bed which was fine. Kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper, but the Keurig was a great addition. Check -in was annoying in that the key was in a lockbox that took 3 different people to get open. Electronic door entry did not always work. Fortunately a manager was on duty to assist.
