The Seaside Retreat is an ideal getaway for 4 guests to enjoy their Big Island getaway. Enjoy oceanfront pool and BBQ area plus centrally located to many restaurants and shops downtown, and a perfect place to unwind after a long day adventuring around the island! Enjoy this Seaside Retreat. Master bedroom features a queen bed with newly updated master bath. Guest bedroom has twin beds to suite your needs. A second full bath is located next to the guest bedroom. A Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs with a dining area or seating on the lanai for an ocean view dinning experience. Recap the day of adventures on the cozy couch or chill out watching movies on the flat screen tv with direc-tv access. Enjoy the pool deck with BBQ area, eating area, sunbathing, relaxing and an outdoor open shower. The pool deck is shared with other guests on the property. Washer/dryer in room for use. We provide snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels. In most cases we will greet you for Check-in and a tour. If you communicate your arrival time it makes it easier for us to greet you for a tour. If not or our times to meet you don't match up we will send you easy self check-in instructions. We live close by and are available when needed. Located on Ali'i Dr. and across the street from Kahalu'u Beach Park. Kahaluu features a great surfing area, beach and snorkeling. Magic sands beach is just 2 miles down the road. Ali'i Dr is a busy road at times. Please be aware of the potential for road noise. Not an issue shared from past guests but we like to be informative for future guests. We have free onsite parking for 1 vehicle. Motorcycle, scooters, or car rental is best to explore all the Big Island has to offer. Uber is also available. Bike rentals and the Trolly bus stop are just a short walk down the street. Location, Location, Location. This condo is in a great location. Shopping, beach, snorkel, food.....All within 1 mile. Beach, Snorkel and surfing is an easy walk just across the street. Downtown Kona is just 4 miles. Captain cook area is about a 15 minute drive. You'll love this place. Also, please note this condo is located on the third floor and access is by stairs only.
