This was a well cleaned, nice little studio condo , just a 5 minute walk to Ali’i Drive and the ocean and all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed if you felt like eating in. The pool courtyard was beautiful, clean, set up with large gas grills and a jacuzzi. The laundry was well set up with several machines and very clean. And the air conditioner worked quite well. If you’re traveling solo or a couple, I highly recommend this place.

Apt 118 is a comfortable studio apt in an older development. The rooms are quaint and clean, and the landscaping is well developed. It is an easy walk to the Kona shopping street. Despite being in the center of town it was quiet at night. We found everything we needed in the room.

Everything was clean, well-maintained and inviting. I loved being able to just walk to the beach and restaurants. They were about 500 feet away from my condo by foot. I could also walk to the Farmer's Market and many other attractions within 5-10 minutes. I think it would be good to have more detailed directions for things like unlocking/locking the door, the laundry room, the wi-fi password and how to access the pool. There wasn't much detail on those types of practical aspects in the listing or in the condo itself. When I did have an issue, I was able to contact someone and get help very quickly, though. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. I would definitely rent in this complex again. It was perfect for my needs.
