The Space:
Where else to begin your immersion than here at White Sands Village, a charming condo for 4 where ocean views and swaying palms are just the beginning!

As the name suggests, the home’s location in the resort community of White Sands Village includes a plethora of onsite amenities including a covered BBQ area, heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. You will also be ideally located to explore a myriad of adventures from delicious waterfront restaurants to eclectic shopping options, nearby hiking trails, and long scenic drives along the rugged coastline. Magic Sands Beach Park, named for way the sand “magically” appears and disappears with the changing of the tides, is simply a stroll across the street. Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

Sit back into plush sofa and recliner seating while you stream your favorites or surf the channels on the 50-inch, 4K mounted smart TV. The built-in sound system is Bluetooth friendly, so turn on some tunes and set the stage for a happy hour filled with good vibes.

The open floorplan seamlessly combines living and dining together, ensuring no one is left out of the action. The remodeled kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops, full-sized appliances, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware – all the essentials for whipping up delicious homestyle meals!

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request prior to arrival with a $50 charge.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Visitors parking available but NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, this home is your oasis for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
