Muuten hyvä, paitsi yläkerran ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut ja puhalsi ainoastaan lämmintä. Yläkerta oli kuuma, jossa nukkuminen oli hankalaa.

Kaikki toimi moitteetta huoneistossa, mutta alakerran viimeiset asiakkaat purki itseään äänekkäästi pihassa ravintolan sulkemisen jälkeen

Yläkerran ilmalämpöpumppu ei viilentänyt yläkertaa jossa oli todella kuuma. Alakerrassa oli viileää!

Hyvällä paikalla oleva siisti kämppä. Omat makuuhuoneet olisi ollut hyvä ja toimiva ilmastointi olisi helpottanut nukkumista.

Keskeinen sijainti, erinomainen varustetaso. Ilmastointikone ei ollut tarpeeksi tehokas yläkerran viilentämiseen kuumalla kelillä.
