The PositiveSpace Kalamata Heights is a two-storied individual-standing traditional residence in the center of Kalamata just underneath the city’s ancient Castle.
It is embedded in the historic living area of the town and due to its position on the castle hill, has an extraordinary view over the city including the bay of Kalamata and boasts stunning sunsets.
The house was originally built in the late 19th century and was fully renovated in 2024 by the architect-owner.
While preserving the original look and structural elements of the building, the property now offers a modern, luxurious and high quality living experience.
The contentious strive to every detail resulted in an aesthetically pleasing and distinctive appearance to each room and the outside areas.
