This first floor home 90m2 was redesigned in order to provide all the luxury amenities of the 21st century. It features luxury beds with very comfortable American mattresses, tastefully picked furniture and decor. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided by 100% by renewable sources of energy.
All Kalamata Mediterranean Villas have Advanced Central Heating and Cooling Systems, using Heat Pumps and Fan Coils. The room temperature of the villas is, by default, maintained at 22oC in winter and 26oC in summer, in order to achieve ideal thermal comfort for our guests throughout the year.
