We came to town and stayed at the property because of a family emergency. Then we had to extend our stay for two more days and the staff was extremely helpful with the process. All the staff , front desk to housekeeping were super friendly and helpful.

Close to the airport

I stayed here for five days for the closing on my mother’s house. It is very conveniently located near the Kalamazoo airport (AZO) but you will need to rent a car to get around. I had some issues when they did not clean the room, empty the trash, or replace the towels for four days. However, once I complained, the room was replenished and cleaned. The breakfast is very good, waffles, oatmeal, and usually a breakfast meat, potatoes, and some variation of eggs. There are a number of small local restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. The hotel is not noisy, even though it is near the airport. There is a parking lot for the hotel, which fills up when they are busy. The staff was also helpful when I was having trouble with the wifi. It is located across a parking lot from the airport.

Great place!!

We stayed in the area for a soccer tournament. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean, the kids all loved the pool and the breakfast! We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area.

Had to wait 15 minutes to check in as front desk person left the property to go shopping. The TV remote was faulty and we could not watch TV the first day/night. The carpet in room was old and dingy. No housekeeping the second day. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient.
