the property was clean and nicely upkept. Wish the breakfast hours were longer and the walls were thicker. We had a heavy walker above us and noisy kids next to us but the hotel itself was wonderful.

My stay was good as usual. Only issue was breakfast, I stayed for three days and only sausage was served, no bacon at all which was odd, also, two out of the three days, the small refrigerator had no yogurt or cream cheese. Seems like a supply chain issue???

Although the check in was excellent the lady was very helpful. Then I started to take a shower and seen Multiple black hairs on the floor of the shower. I took pictures to upload, but having trouble finding out how to do that. Had a bit of a hard time finding the road to get into the hotel also. No signs out on the road. Thank goodness for google.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor. We called to have them clean it. Did a poor job. Looked under head board behind mattress...skin flakes and god knows whatever else. Will never stay at a Holiday inn again.

Room was clean. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast had signs that said no milk or juice but had a large amount of cereal containers. Rest of the breakfast was very bland as well as a lack of coffee .. Horrible breakfast…

What can I say. When you enter the hotel the rug was dirty. Indifferent reception. Pool out of service. Poor breakfast. Bathroom floor dirty. Shower stall floor super slippery. Toilet wobbly. Mattress needs to be changed. Room smelled. In general we had a terrible experience. The worst HI Express experience we have had.

Just okay

The room was spacious but I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. The breakfast was sub par and the coffee machine wasn’t working. Luckily, we could use the Keurig in our room.
