Family room was very spacious for two adults and two adolescents. Room was kind of out of date but we didn’t spend lot of time there so it was ok. Pool area and gym where nice and clean. Unfortunately it’s quite difficult to find the gym in the morning if you wanted to work out before the spa opens. Surroundings of the resort are beautiful. It would be nice if they’d provide some marked routes for runners/joggers. Breakfast was not as good as we’d expect. Everything was a little bit too greasy or flavorless, watery or sour. The staff were kind and helpful. Not many of them speak English though. The location is perfect when traveling by car, right next to higway. Vilnius and the sights are just 20-60 min drive away.

Shuttlesta plussaa - safkasta ei

Ruoka oli todella ala-arvoista ja valikoima huono. Huonepalvelu oli ihan hyvä ja oikeastaan ainoa ruokailuvaihtoehto hotellissa. Työntekijöiden kielitaito oli varsin kirjavaa (puhuivat saksaa, mutta englantia vain muutama). Lisäksi henkilökunnan tietämys esim. Vilnan keskustasta ja shuttle-bussin reitistä oli puutteellista, mikä oli käsittämätöntä. Shuttle-bussi oli kuitenkin kiva extra-juttu, koska taksi keskustaan olisi maksanut paljon. Bussin aikataulut olivat vain hieman hankalat ja hotellin etäisyys keskustasta oli omaan makuun liian iso. Hotelli itsessään oli siisti, allasalue hyvä ja golf-klubin palvelut myös ihan hyvät. Huone oli myös todella iso ja käytännöllinen. Iso kiitos ovimiehelle, joka oli ystävällisin henkilö koko hotellissa!
