It utilizes a mini split for heat and ac and there is a small electric fireplace as well.

Works just fine

Was a lovely place to crash for the nights we were in town. The actual room was fine, hotelish but a bit sparse furnishing/atmosphere which is fine. The common area on the other hand was good vibes all around.
