In the district of Groß Schwansee 3.5 km from the centre of Kalkhorst, 17 km from the centre of Boltenhagen, 34 km from the centre of Lübeck, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with lawn and flowers. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house. Supermarket 12 km, bakery 12 km, bus stop "Groß Schwansee Dorf" 140 m. Golf course (18 hole) 28 km, sailing school 10 km. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Wismar 35 km, Halbinsel Priwall 13 km, Ostseebad Boltenhagen 17 km. Please note: car recommended.
