Staff are great. Restaurant staff are superb. In particular, Taiwan and Sakip are exceptional. Night market close by with many interesting food and drinks. Hotel breakfast is also fantastic.

This property had lush, green, grounds right on the beach which looked amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well and had adequate parking and a security guard. The room was very spacious, clean, with a small patio where you can observe different birds flying around. There are many restaurants that are within 7 minutes walk and various currency exchange shops. The only negative is that the wait staff in the dining area needs to be more consistent in their interaction with guests because they would cater to some while others had to fend for themselves. The breakfast was also very good but the only downside was that the juice was made from concentrate and not freshly squeezed.

Kamala beach hotel is on the beach and Kamala has enough restaurants and shops to make it not too busy, easy to walk to town. The hotel has no children and this is a bonus if you want to relax, the staff are friendly and polite. Great facilities gym, fitness classes massages are great. I wouldn't have a problem recommending this hotel to anyone and so glad we stayed here for our first time in Thailand.

FANTASTIC HOTEL

Stayed here twice sandwiching a trip to Kuala Lumpur. I repeat my comments from my previous review. I cannot rate this hotel to highly. It’s a beautiful setting on the beach. I think it has four swimming pools of course regardless of the facilities, the thing that makes or breaks any establishment is it staff. The people here are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The local resort of Kamala is only five minutes walk away and is a nice quiet strip of restaurants, bars and shops . No excessive noise , go go bars or being pestered . Ideal location for a family or mature people who like a bit of peace and quiet. However, if you want things a bit busier PATONG is only 15 mins away . I have been to Thailand probably 20 times over the last 40 years and this is my favourite hotel.

Relaxing Adults-Only Escape with Great Cocktails & Pools This large, adults-only resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway. With multiple refreshed pools, swim-up bars, and some of the most affordable cocktails we’ve found, you could easily spend days just unwinding on-site. The beachfront location is ideal — walking distance to plenty of seaside restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The buffet breakfast was a standout — easily the best we’ve had in Phuket. We booked an Ocean Wing room hoping for a beach view, but were upgraded to the Grand Wing. Though it was a bit farther from the beach, the bigger bed and closer proximity to the beautiful atrium-style pools made it a great trade-off. Since we visited during the Green Season, the sheltered pools away from the beach were perfect — warm, sunny, and free from wind and sand. Located right next to the family-friendly Sunwing Resort, it’s a spot we’ll definitely return to — this time with the kids! Kamala Beach is a relaxed town and still just a short taxi ride from the buzz of Patong.
