The villa features spacious outdoor and indoor living areas, with the living room seamlessly connecting to the outdoor area. Enjoy the gorgeous sea-views from the rooftop terrace, complete with a shaded sala, sunbathing area, and a summer kitchen with a gas BBQ.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor with garden access, while the third is on the second floor. The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cookware for preparing meals and beach snacks.
Spread across three levels, the villa also features an elevator for easy access to all floors, including the rooftop. The property is private and secure, surrounded by perimeter walls with secure parking behind the gates and space for two additional cars outside.
To make your stay even more comfortable, daily housekeeping services are included in the price. Our maid will be available six days a week, to ensure the villa stays clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM, avoiding rowdy behavior, and being mindful of energy use by closing windows and doors when using the air conditioning and turning off lights and AC when leaving the villa.
Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.
