Escape to your private modern sanctuary, a three-story hillside villa nestled in a peaceful Kamala development on Phuket's west coast. This villa is the perfect peaceful retreat for couples or small families seeking breathtaking ocean views and complete privacy.
The entrance on the lower level welcomes you into two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The third en-suite bedroom with two single beds is located on the upper level. Head up to the main living area, where an open-plan layout combines the living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
This entire space opens directly onto a covered terrace beside your private infinity-edge swimming pool, which includes a shallow wading area perfect for cooling off. From here, the panoramic ocean views are simply stunning. For even more impressive vistas, an outdoor staircase leads up to a large rooftop terrace, an ideal spot for dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing while taking in the surrounding jungle-covered mountains and the sea.
There is a separate space with a desk and a seating area that can be used as an office or a study room. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa that is perfect for entertainment and work.
Please note that the villa's design spans three levels and does not have a lift, so it may be less suitable for guests with mobility issues or very young children.
Located just a five-minute drive from the sands of Kamala Beach, you are also only a short drive from shops, restaurants, and low-key nightlife along the main street. We highly recommend renting scooters or a car to explore the area with ease.
Access to the villa is via a steep hill, common in Kamala. We recommend a capable vehicle and reviewing the listing photos to understand the terrain. The villa is fully secure with perimeter walls and a remote-controlled sliding gate that opens to private parking for two cars.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, housekeeping services are included. We kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM and be mindful of energy use.
We include 50 kWh of electricity per day in your stay. Any additional usage will be charged at a rate of 7 THB per kWh. To keep the cost down, please close windows and doors when the air conditioning is on and turn off lights and AC when leaving the villa.
