Great place to stay in the heart of Kamala

We stayed for 4 nights at The Palms. The hotel is in an excellent position and the 2 BR apartment has plenty of space for 4. The pool is great and well maintained. Our only disappointment is when booking through Lofty the reception at the Palms gives you no support. This is not clear when booking so beware. They do not assist with any issues. It would be a great improvement if reception provided some support. Overall it was very good
