Elk, deer, rabbits, birds and pine martin are frequent visitors seen from the cabin. Centrally located, this property is just 13 miles from Park City, 10 miles from Jordanelle Reservior and 5 miles to Kamas on the edge of the Uinta Mountain Range.

Solar powered, with a backup generator if needed, gives life to the off-grid cabin making the experience truly a bridge to nature. Even the reading nook boasts the breathtaking view of the valley. The unique custom bunk room sleeps up to 8 and is equipped with reading lights and a TV nook.

CABIN DESCRIPTION:

The main floor boasts an open floor plan including a living room with a gas fireplace, a well equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and dining area with seating for 14. The deck wraps around 3 sides of the home and features sitting areas and a grill. The rest of the main floor includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry/mudroom.

Upstairs you will find a beautiful loft with a smart TV, workspace and reading nook with breathtaking views. The unique bunk room sleeps 8 while still accommodating a smart TV and plenty of room to play. A full bath is located conveniently between the loft and bunk room.

A completely remodeled downstairs offers two additional bedrooms and a brand new full bath. The large gathering area with an oversized sectional, 60' smart TV and wet bar make for a cozy atmosphere with room for all.

Stunning views and plenty of room to spread out. The location was exact what we were looking for. There is almost 4 miles of gravel road to get to the property but it was well worth it. The house is a little worn but gives it character. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great cabin. If you want a nice, quiet location, this is the spot. Beautiful vistas. Plenty of room for a large group. Our guy’s group really enjoyed mornings on the deck.

Amazing cabin!!

We’ve stayed at many rentals in the area, and this one is by far one of our favorites. We loved the remoteness of the location. Very private and quiet. The cabin was very nice, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was incredible. We even saw some elk and deer. The fire pit was a very nice touch as well. The road in can be a little hairy for some, but it really isn’t too bad. You’ll be glad you braved it by the time you arrive at the cabin. If I could give this cabin more than five stars I would. Highly recommended. Our only complaint is the 10:00AM checkout. That’s a bit on the early side, especially since it’s so hard to leave because it’s such an amazing place.

Gorgeous, quiet getaway

Really enjoyed a relaxing stay at the property. Very comfortable and quiet with gorgeous views. Reasonable access to amenities. A little trouble finding the place and access road is very rugged but worth the bumpy ride. Enjoyed the cows and magpies along the way.

Family vacation

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities. We were able to stand on the deck at night and see a sky full of stars. And the kids loved sleeping in the fun upstairs room.

Great Experience

This property was awesome. The only thing I would slightly complain about this property is that it's quite a ways up the mountain from the highway. The dirt road up to the property is well-maintained but be ready to climb a dirt road for about 12-14 minutes after you leave the highway. Most people, that's what they want. The remoteness of it. We certainly did, but we slept on how far out from the road it is. So pack well and be prepared. It's a little bit of a mission to run to a store or restaurant.

Great little cabin located in a very private area

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It has a very pretty view. It was comfortable. It was easy to get there and the host was responsive in our communications back and forth. We had a few issues that were mostly related to it being a new listing. I have full confidence that they will work out those kinks quickly so I won't list them here. It was very clean and it didn't have a lot of clutter which was nice! We also REALLY APPRECIATED the NO PETS policy!!! The propane oven was a little stinky whenever we were cooking but we would just open a few windows.
