Whether you're here in Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall, you can never run out of activities and sports, whether inside or out. Enjoy Skiing at Deer Valley, and America's largest ski resort; Park City Mountain. If hitting the slopes isn't for you, don't worry...snowshoeing, Cross Country skiing, nearby hot springs, snowmobiling and more are all within a 10 minute drive. In Summer months, you'll enjoy hiking, mountain biking, paddlebaoarding, boating, golfing, horseback riding and so much more.

Inside this lovely mountain retreat, you'll find a master chefs kitchen, stocked fully for our guests cooking needs. We know you'll love this 3 bed, 3.5 bath home, that includes an upper level master suite, bathtub, glass shower, and HDTV. Enjoy both front and rear patios and their marvelous amenities which include a hot tub, lounge chairs, grill and outdoor dining for all.

The open floor plan on the main level offers the utmost of comfort when it comes to socializing, cooking and entertaining family and friends. A fully stocked chef's kitchen, dining room table, sitting area, fireplace and HDTV are everything you need to entertain and be around friends and family.


Downstairs on the spacious basement level of the property, you'll find yet another living room and media center, with another bedroom and bathroom to host even more of the group. Beautiful views and a wonderful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It the house was perfect for our family ski vacation to Park City. Many things made the stay more enjoyable, a garage door opener, a well stocked keurig coffee machine, the saunas in the master bedrooms. We would love to stay there again. The view from the master & family room was stunning.

Deer Valley Ski Trip

The Blackrock property was a pleasant surprise. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day ski vacation with another couple. The property had 2 king bed suites that made a comfortable stay for both couples. The location was an easy drive into Park City and its views of the mountains was exceptional. We hope to stay here again in the future.

The house was excellent. Fully stocked. Short drive to Park City and the Canyons. Also, short drive to Sundance and Midway. Hiking trails right outside the door. Beds were comfortable and the showers nice and hot. Second living room with tv was great for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing big family meals. Would love to stay there again.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The other side of the townhome is adjacent to the trail head of a nice hike which I hiked regularly. Although it was just the two of us most nights, there is ample space for a larger group. The only downside for me was that I like a firmer bed but that's personal preference.
