Park City Black Rock Ridge 14088 is a stylish and comfortable property, conveniently located near various local activities, including hiking and biking trails, and Jordanelle State Park. Just a block away, you'll find the new ice rink. Moreover, the iconic Historic Main Street and world-famous resorts of Park City are only a short drive away, making this home an ideal base for all your adventures.

This townhome has two levels, 1,283 square feet, with two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, to accommodate up to six guests. The main living area is on the second level.

Entering the property through the garage on the lower level, you will then go up two half-flights of stairs, placing you into the open and bright main living area, with gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout. This main living space holds the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Offers cozy furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper, Smart TV with DirecTV programming, and an inviting gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent deck where you will find outdoor furnishings, a BBQ grill and beautiful surrounding views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. Enjoy lots of prep space on the spacious countertops, and a convenient kitchen bar has seating for five.

Dining Area: The dining area offers a wood table and cushioned chairs with seating for six guests.

Work space/mud room (lower level): This area offers a workspace/storage (with monitor and keyboard, and a convenient bench with coat hooks and cubbies to store your gear.
