DO NOT STAY HERE

This was absolutely disgusting. We went to go to bed, pulled back the sheets and the bed had not been changed. Looked like it had been slept in for more than one night. Was wrinkles and full of little bits of grass and very black, short curly,hairs. Asked for clean bedding and were told there was nobody to change the beds so we had to do it ourselves. When we pulled them apart, one had a dirty rag in it. Rest of room was in really rough shape. AWFUL!!!

It was good, staff was friendly, cleanliness was not good at all, and had a few issues with some rooms not having the second remote to watch yputube and whatever else,, as well as one room of mine the toilet was VERY bad and had to plunge it everytime after every use. Other then that it was good. And no other issues. I would recommend them to have a locked laundry room , or atleast lock the washers and dryers, as i found myself having to keep watch incase someone could've stolen my clothing. All else was good

It was good, not the cleanest, but staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever you needed, some things in my room were broken, window didnt lock, but overall for the price it was good, for tue laundry facilities would be much more stressfree if the door was locked or machines got locked while in use .,

The room was unswept & dirty, the once white towels were old and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky and the sheets were also stained. The room itself was plain with absolutely no decorative touch added. The walls were bare and full of holes, and I could see the difference in colour of the walls in the places where pictures once were hung.

FIRST TIME STAY IN KAMLOOPS

Was great to have a place to stay last night and did not burn a whole in my wallet, lovely service at the front desk and the room was nice The shower temperature was awesome! Pictures is our room when checking out
