I missed the buffet and missed the hot tub and pool so no comment on that! But breakfadt in restaurant that i paid for was vety good! The only poor experience that i had was a problem with heating and a/c was locked on and had to be fixed next day so unpleasant sleeping in the cold! But management was great on dealing with me on the issue and sending message of refund to you and you were great on getting on it right away after receiving it! i had notification from you about the refund almost immediately after it was sent to you your customer service is excellent and the hotels customer service was excellent! Bsaed on my experience with the hotel and the timely and understanding and professionalism in dealing with matters that need attention and fixing and good customers service i would not hesitate in stsying again!

Pool and hot tub was nice. Housekeeping does a good job but didn’t hit the room until after 4pm. Had to ask front desk if they could clean it before dinner. It was cleaned right away. Plenty of parking but on the first night there was a wedding in the conference center. No parking was available, had to “double park” but was told it was ok by staff. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay at and will probably return

We booked a room for 5 adults, we were pleasantly surprised to get a two bedroom plus sofa bed in a sitting room. The one thing I can suggest is if you are traveling with someone who has trouble walking or is elderly, let the staff know so the room selected isn’t a far walk from the lobby. I definitely recommend this property

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around town. Would definitely stay here again after the construct is done.
