For the age of the Motel, it was pretty good! Heat, AC, Fridge & microwave worked great! Bed was pretty cozy & the staff were amazing!

Everything was good and staff very helpful. Only thing I would suggest is that a safety rail be installed on the bathtub wall because tub is very slippery.

We checked in late but we phoned at 6:30pm telling them we are still 7hrs away and be there late, after midnight.. i called 10x the phone number that was posted on their door. No answer. Rang the bell and takes awhile to open the door and i told the receptionist that i phoned the same number i called when i informed them that we will check in late but he says their phone is not working?! And so we finally get our key get in to the room and i will leave a picture of the facecloth that was in the bathroom, was really disgusting

I booked up this place for our 2 night stay in Kamloops based on exceptional reviews in Expedia but our experience was not satisfactory unfortunately. Coils mattressee were worn out and it was not at all comfortable to sleep on as they had no firmness. Several electrical outlets were not functioning except one, so we could not use our personal entertainments in the suite. The carpet had a dampness which could be felt while walking barefoot in the suite. Breakfast was ok and staff was nice to chat with.

Woke up to a homeless man screaming outside of the property around 2am. Then the hotel staff woke us with loud bangs and noises. They chose to clean out and move furniture in the room next to mine at 8am. The hotel was clean but the location is a bit unsafe.

Room was clean and comfortably furnished. Reception staff was friendly and professional. Continental breakfast was adequate but could include healthy cereal and pastry options. Located along a main street downtown, so expect some noise from passing traffic. Conveniently located near the hospital.
