Room was clean but: tub drain was stained, flaking, and had grey gunk all in it; toilet lever was cracked and broken; toilet tank made a whining sound for about 20 minutes after every flush; the door lock seemed flimsy (no deadbolt) ; and the TV had a couple poor quality channels, no channel guide, and no streaming capability. Deposit was only $50 so that was a plus!
