It was awesome rest, just hard to climb stairs didn’t realize our kitchens were upstairs.

The bed was comfortable and clean, the rest of the property left something to be desired. The room was not vacuumed and the garbages were full from the last guest. It smelled like old onions in the room and there was obvious wear and tear on the furniture and paint. The walls seemed paper thin like I could have joined the conversation in the next room. The check in/out was easy and the front desk lady was pleasent. For the price/location it was fine, the upstairs rooms seemed better then the downstair ones.

The person working the front desk didnt know how to create key cards. I made 4 trips and had 3 different rooms assigned to me before he used the master key to let us into a room.

We didn’t expect much from a small-town hotel, but we felt this was false advertised. The pictures on Expedia did not match the actual room and must be highly edited. The building is very outdated—dim rooms with no overhead lights, a scratched-up tub that looked dirty, and outdoor seating that consisted of an old Subway table by a muddy river. Security felt lacking with old-school physical keys, and the front desk wasn’t staffed at night. While the receptionist was kind, the overall condition made the place feel unclean. It’s pretty bad when other guests in the building make comments about regrets booking there. Would not stay there again.

Very next front counter staff. Very quiet and comfortable room. Only slight issue was that there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. Our bags were quite large but we managed. I hadn't thought to ask about an elevator when booking, so that's my fault. Just thought I'd mention it as it would be nice to make it super clear for customers to see when booking. Thanks
