The room had an odor, windows didn't secure properly, bed was rock hard-poor sleep, kitchenette was questionable for clean glasses and cutlery, carpets were stained, breakfast was not very exciting, overhear someone say their truck was stolen. However, location and service was good.

I checked in with my small, quiet dog and paid the additional $20 tax pet fee for a designated “pet-friendly” room. Unfortunately, as soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong, unpleasant stink—it smelled like a dog kennel. Upon checkout, I mentioned this to the man at the front desk. His response was, “Why didn’t you ask to change rooms?” Honestly, the real question is—why do any of your rooms smell like that in the first place? If pet owners are being charged extra, that money should be going toward properly cleaning and maintaining those rooms—not padding the bottom line. Do better!!!

Very courteous staff and helpful. Bed comfortable; enjoyed having the Dove products available. The room could use new paint and having a large picture frame as a headboard is weird. Otherwise a good stay.
