The apartment is in the East African Community flats, one of the very first structures to be put up atop Naguru Hill. A charming relic from the old days that holds its own amongst the new era constructions so while you shouldn't expect a Ritz-Carlton exterior, you will get it's superb service. It is primarily located in a middle to high income residential neighbourhood in one of the most sought-after locations in Kampala. We are in a quite easily accessible area with the benefit of several traffic routes into the city centre which is about a 10 minute drive away on traffic free days. Also in close proximity are other upscale neighbourhoods like Bukoto, Kololo, Ntinda, Mbuya which house several places of interest as well such as malls, country clubs, multi cuisine restaurants, cafes and night spots. Nakawa market is nearby where you can buy the freshest and cheapest produce! This location provides the peace, serenity and security of being in suburban Kampala while still being in close proximity to CBD.
