Modern single-storey 8-person villa on park De Groote Duynen, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. Bright living room with gas fireplace and open kitchen (Quooker, dishwasher, combi oven) with French doors to the terrace and spacious garden all around. Parking for 2 cars and charging point available
Located on a small park with luxury homes close to the beach and dunes. In the immediate vicinity, you will find cycling and walking routes along the coast and various seaside resorts. Around 100 metres away is a spa/wellness with swimming pool. Ideal location for beach, nature and relaxation
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
