Unzumutbarer Zustand

Als wir das Mobilheim, wie vereinbart, um 15 Uhr beziehen wollten, war dort noch die Reinigungskraft beschĂ€ftigt und wir mussten 45 Minuten auf die "Fertigstellung" warten. Nachdem wir um 15.45 Uhr endlich unser Feriendomizil betreten konnten, nahmen wir zunĂ€chst einen penetranten Geruch wahr und versuchten, dies durch großzĂŒgiges DurchlĂŒften zu beheben. Als wir dann unsere mitgebrachten Lebensmittel im KĂŒhlschrank und in der KĂŒche verstauen wollten, stießen wir auf verschmutzte und verklebte FlĂ€chen, TĂŒren und Griffe; auch in der SpĂŒle waren noch diverse Schmutzspuren zu beseitigen. In den SchrĂ€nken fanden wir ausschließlich schmutziges, verklebtes Geschirr, GlĂ€ser und Bestecke vor, woran zum Teil noch Lebensmittelreste hafteten. SĂ€mtliche KĂŒchengerĂ€te befanden sich in einem unzumutbaren Zustand, angefangen von der vollkommen verschmutzten und verklebten Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, ebenso wie der Toaster bis hin zu einem völlig verdreckten Backofen, dessen Zubehörteile unter einer Schmutz-, Fett- und KrĂŒmelschicht kaum noch erkennbar waren. Beim Aufkochen von Wasser im Wasserkocher lösten sich darin Schmutzpartikel von den HeizstĂ€ben, so dass auch dieses GerĂ€t unbrauchbar war. Unter den Betten befanden sich neben diversen Schmutz- und Staubpartikeln mehrere BehĂ€ltnisse mit Katzenstreu, außerdem benutzte Partyspieße und Unterhosen. Die Decken, BezĂŒge und Kissen, von Bett, Couch und StĂŒhlen war verschmutzt und rochen muffig. Im Wohnzimmer fanden wir zugemĂŒllte SchrĂ€nke vor. Auf den Böden und Teppichen befand sich Staub, Schmutz, Tierhaare und zum Teil undefinierbare Partikel.
